Hypoxi

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is HYPOXI painful?

No, it is completely non-invasive and pain free. Many clients comment that the alternating pressure in the chamber creates an invigorating feeling on the skin. The horizontal position in which the treatment is administered in the L250 and HDC takes pressure off the joints and lowers the client’s heart rate so that the experience is more liken to a spa therapy than a form of exercise.

Can I do HYPOXI if I am not very fit?

Hypoxi training is designed for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. Throughout the treatment, your heart rate and skin temperature is constantly monitored. HYPOXI training does not require any particular degree of physical fitness and is perfect for someone who is thinking about getting back into exercise for the first time in years. You will be required to complete a client information form when you attend your studio as there are certain illnesses conditions which preclude people from undertaking treatments. If in doubt, we recommend you speak to a medical professional – your safety is paramount to us.

How much does it cost?

HYPOXI treatments are very reasonably priced when compared to other treatments on the market, they start from $690 for a course of 12 and can go as low as $35 per session if you commit to more sessions.

How many times a week should HYPOXI be undertaken?

For optimal results, Hypoxi training should be undertaken 3 times per week for a consecutive 4 week period. Thereafter, you might talk to your consultant about undertaking a maintenance program.

How long is each HYPOXI session?

Training sessions are 30 minutes in length. Your individual program is based on the professional assessment determined by your HYPOXI Consultant.

What should I wear?
